Philosophy
My practice is driven by a deep sense of curiosity and a commitment to holistic wellness. Inside and out of the treatment room, I constantly seek ways to find balance, improve efficiency, and support the planet's collective health. In my free time, I delve into science-based, results-focused data that enhances my one-on-one patient work. From environmental science and sustainable living to breakthroughs in modern and holistic medicine, I am passionately committed to expanding my knowledge.
My healing philosophy reflects this and is a carefully curated amalgamation of truths and techniques from multiple somatic practices. Building on the strong foundation created by my early career training with Dr. Kevin Michael, my approach to healing focuses on strengthening essential connective tissue that binds our systems together. I seek to foster a safe environment where patients can become aware of their internal, emotional conflict, identify the source, and co-create a self-empowered path to healing.
We begin with an initial functional assessment to:
Identify the cause of the acute pain
Take immediate steps to alleviate or lessen the pain
Make improvements on the structural integrity of the weakness
Create a plan that works towards resolving the imbalance long term
Test the plan of action
Evaluate the original problem and adjust accordingly to reduce and/or eliminate the issue
Once we handle the original issue, we have an opportunity to fine tune your instrument. Just like taking vitamins or having an annual physical, ongoing chiropractic care functions as preventative maintenance for the body. You will thank yourself in the long run for investing in your well-being!
